polyface farm! yeehaw!

i am so excited. i have booked the lunatic tour at polyface farm in swoope, virginia for jamie and myself! this is the farm that was featured in the documentary  food, inc.  surprisingly, this amazing farm is only about three hours away from our home, so a quick one day trip is planned. i am counting the days....can not wait. i need boots.
